Seaside Fern Bay

There is a place, just 15 minutes north of Newcastle, where the serenity of subtropical forest merges seamlessly with the sea. Where protected corridors of retained bushland combine with pristine sands, to create a beachside village community where life and living come first.

ASPEN LIVING’S ENTERPRISE PARK WELL PLACED
FOR FUTURE GROWTH

Businesses in Aspen Living’s Enterprise Park are well placed to capitalise on
the strong future economic growth forecast to benefit the South West region in
the coming years.

Local businessman and owner of Dunsborough Signs & Graphics, Matt
Rodier, moved his shop into the business park just over 18 months ago.

Mr Rodier, who ran his business from home until his move to Enterprise Park,
has not looked back and reported his Company has experienced its most
successful trading year since the company’s inception over 10 years ago.

He believes the business’ vastly increased revenues are due in no small part
to the high levels of passing trade and walk-in customers in Enterprise Park.

“I believe companies operating in Aspen’s Enterprise Park are extremely well
placed to capitalise on the current and future growth of the region,” said Mr
Rodier.

“With more and more people moving to the area and the new Bunbury bypass
encouraging tourism, there will be a tremendous need for more accompanying
businesses such as restaurants, shops, bars and accommodation and the
associated service companies.

“Enterprise Park is well located as a springboard into the South West and it is
situated in close proximity to the large urban areas of Dunsborough and
Busselton. It is also in a great spot in terms of its surroundings, being located
on the edge of Dunsborough Lakes’ picturesque 18-hole championship golf
course. An added bonus is being able to see the Kangaroos from our top
floor.”

Aspen Living chief executive officer, Chris Lewis, has launched an initiative
aimed at attracting new retail businesses into Enterprise Park, offering
premium lots at an affordable price.

“Our goal is to bring a diversified range of serviced business and retail units
the Park to attract both the local community and tourists. We are therefore
keen to bring a variety of retail units into Enterprise Park to maintain a large
selection of outlets and to provide people with a high level of goods and
services,” said Mr Lewis.
