Positive Behaviour Support is about finding the root cause of the behaviour. That is then used to provide ways, measures, skills, and other means of supporting the person with the disability. We have a qualified team of Positive Behaviour Support personnel who can assist with reducing restrictive practices as well as supporting family and support workers.
